Close your eyes.
Imagine you’re somewhere else.
Then try to bring that mental image
as close to the sensations
of your physical environment
as possible.

When you look from above
you can’t see an object’s height,
so you have to rely on
the length of its shadow.
Therefore you must know
the position and the size
of the light.

Stable things
are harder
to access
but better
to keep.

If the light comes from above:
The higher you climb
The more torn you are

The longer your shadow,
the less whole you are

I looked around me because everything was so beautiful.
The orange light covered everything.
Then, by accident I looked at myself and realized
that I myself am colored orange in this light too.
I’m part of it.
I’m physically here.

I like it when it rains and it forces you to step out of your plans and into a random shelter to discover new land.

The images in your mind’s eye seem to be spatially differentiated.

I feel this extreme urge to go back in time.

I was counting the parts of two windows in front of me. The numbers were never that great, but I figured out which parts to count and which not while being deeply in thoughts. Then I paid attention and realized that one window part of the left window was split, but the other not. I had assumed that the lower part is split as well, for coherence purposes. Through this lucky incidence, all window parts now all together counted 16. A perfectly beautiful number.

Sometimes you need to do things several times, until you realize that you missed a tiny part or that a tiny imperfection that you assumed not to be there because everything has to be or is assumed to be perfect, is causing everything to be beautiful for you. You always expect the world around you to be perfect, but sometimes it’s not and that’s (and seeing it) the beauty or what makes it perfect in the end.

Excuse me Doctor, my heart is melting and I don’t know what to do about it.

I’m sorry, miss, but there’s no medication out there against melting hearts.
I suggest you just go to colder places.

So she went to colder places, but her heart was left in a different shape – so she decided she might as well stay in warm places with a liquid heart. After all, a liquid heart can flow more easily into another heart and other hearts can flow more easily into hers.

Once your heart got touched by warmth, it will never be the same again. Once you let in the warmth, it will affect your life and the way you treat your heart – the way you give it and the way you receive others.
